Information we collect
When you request or reserve a ride, we may collect information you provide such as your name, email address, mobile number, pickup date and time, hotel or resort, passenger and luggage details, airline and flight information, and any notes you choose to provide.
For payments, we receive transaction information such as payment status, amount, reservation reference, and Stripe transaction identifiers. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Runway to Magic.
Our website may temporarily save reservation details in your browser so your booking flow can function. Our hosting and security providers may also process standard technical information, such as IP address, browser or device information, and request logs, as part of operating and protecting the website.
How we use information
- To create, confirm, manage, and complete your transportation reservation.
- To communicate with you about pickup details, flight changes, schedule updates, payment status, or questions about your ride.
- To process reservation deposits and maintain transaction and business records.
- To protect the website, prevent fraud or misuse, and troubleshoot service issues.
- To meet applicable legal, accounting, tax, insurance, or regulatory obligations.
Payments
Runway to Magic uses Stripe to process online payments. When you continue to Stripe Checkout, Stripe processes your payment information under its own privacy practices. We receive confirmation of the payment and related transaction references, but not your full payment card number.
When information may be shared
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business, such as payment processing, website hosting, email delivery, and other technical services. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a valid legal request, protect safety or rights, or address fraud or misuse.
Runway to Magic does not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We retain reservation, communication, and payment-reference information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or regulatory obligations. Information that is no longer reasonably needed may be deleted or de-identified.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about personal information associated with your reservation, request a correction, or ask whether information can be deleted. Some records may need to be retained when required for legitimate business, payment, legal, tax, insurance, or regulatory purposes.
Children
The website and reservation system are intended for adults arranging transportation. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children through the website.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect reservation information. No website, network, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
