Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a refund of the $50 reservation deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If Runway to Magic cancels your ride, the deposit is refunded.
Current service accommodates up to 4 passengers with either 2 full-size suitcases plus 1 carry-on, or up to 4 carry-on-size bags. Oversized luggage, strollers, golf bags, mobility equipment or other large items must be confirmed before booking.
Child restraints are not included automatically. Guests are responsible for any legally required restraint unless arrangements have been confirmed in advance. If your flight or pickup time changes, contact us as soon as possible.
